2025 Granum Prize Shortlist Announced

October 30, 2025 — We are delighted to announce the shortlist for the 2025 Granum Foundation Prize!

We commend all the applicants on the longlist, each of whom demonstrated extraordinary talent. As we narrowed the pool of writers even further for this round, we had to make tough decisions.

The Granum Foundation was established to help U.S.-based writers complete substantive literary works and to help launch these works. The Granum Prize shortlist represents the top 1% of entries from all genres. The winner and finalists will be announced in November.

Applications for our next round of prizes are expected to open in May 2026.
